Information We Collect
When you create or use a buyer account, Poohter may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, password, email verification OTP status, and login/session information.
We also collect buyer activity needed to operate the marketplace, including products viewed or ordered, cart items, order details, order totals, delivery charges, return request reasons, support call requests, support messages, and basic device or usage information such as app logs, IP address, browser or device information, and request timestamps.
When you create or use a seller account, Poohter may collect your name, email address, phone number, password, shop name, business type, city, warehouse address, CNIC number, CNIC images, bank name, account title, account or IBAN number, mobile wallet number, and login/session information.
We also collect seller activity needed to operate the marketplace, including product details, product images or videos you upload, order records, stock updates, payout records, support messages, and basic device or usage information. Product videos may include audio if you choose to upload a video with audio.
How We Use Information
We use buyer information to create and secure accounts, verify email, keep users signed in, show products, save and sync cart items, place and manage orders, arrange delivery, handle returns, provide support, prevent fraud or misuse, improve our services, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, and marketplace safety obligations.
We use seller information to create and secure seller accounts, verify seller identity, review seller applications, operate product listings, process orders, calculate payouts, provide support, prevent fraud or misuse, improve our services, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, and marketplace safety obligations.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with Poohter administrators and operations teams, sellers or delivery partners when needed to fulfill buyer orders, hosting and storage providers, email/OTP delivery providers, payment or settlement partners, fraud prevention and security providers, and legal authorities when required by law or needed to protect users and the marketplace.
Security And Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. Passwords should be stored securely by our systems and authentication tokens are used to keep users signed in. We keep account, verification, order, payout, return, support, and security information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet accounting or legal requirements, prevent fraud, and enforce marketplace policies.
Your Choices And Deletion
You can request deletion of your Poohter Buyer or Poohter Seller account and related personal data from our account deletion page. Some order, delivery, return, payout, tax, accounting, security, dispute, or fraud-prevention records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.

Poohter is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and publish the revised policy on this page.
